If you’re new to visiting us, you’ll receive a form via email or text to fill out before your appointment. This helps us get to know you a little better including any medications, allergies, or past skin reactions so we can tailor your treatment safely and specifically to you. Your health, comfort, and results are always our top priority.

Because we’re lucky enough to work with and prescribe world-class skincare, some of our products require a personalised passcode for online purchases.
If you’re a regular client with us,  no problem at all, we can give you access. Just contact us for your passcode. 
If we haven’t treated you before, we do require a consultation prior to purchasing.
